• Payment is due in full at the time of order

Your purchase will appear on your bank statement as "UPSCALEBOOST LLC" or "UPSCALE" for discretion. All sales are final once work has begun.

4.2 Revision and Satisfaction Policy

• Store credit is issued at our sole discretion

• Store credit is non-transferable and must be used within 12 months

• Store credit has no cash value and cannot be refunded

4.3 No Refund Policy

NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, INCLUDING:

• Buyer's remorse
